Success exploded in the era of the early 2000s, now Sum 41 is ready to wake up from sleep. Not playing games, they immediately agreed to join one of the world's major music labels, Hopeless Records!
Through a press release that we received from Hopeless Records via Secret Signals, Singapore, the joining of this Canadian punk-rock unit with a well-known label through a series of its pop-punk band roster also marked 20 years of Sum 41 stepping in the music industry. Not over, they have also prepared a new album to be released.

Obviously this news is a breath of fresh air for punk-rock music lovers in the modern era like now. In addition, the album will also be a follow-up to the SCREAMING BLOODY album released by Sum 41 in 2011 and successfully steal a Grammy nomination for the Blood In My Eyes track.
With the return of the guitarist, Dave Baksh, the making of this album was ready to begin with Deryck Whibley as his engineer and producer of music. When joining, he also made his comments.

"Come to think of it pretty crazy, we started this band 20 years ago and a lot of things happened, many things happened so fast. When I looked back it felt like it was yesterday. I think this (joining Hopeless Records) is a choice that's good because it feels like, there are still a lot of things to do. that's why I'm so excited about the new album and releasing it with Hopeless Records, "Deryck explained as stated in the press release.

With the joining of Sum 41 among the ranks of pop-punkers such as Neck Deep, The Wonder Years, New Found Glory, to All Time Low, it was clear that this year's Hopeless Records roster was worth the wait. Well, look forward to the next update just on KapanLagi.com® guys!
